The Salish Sea, in my opinion, is the most beautiful place on Earth. The kind of peace you feel while rolling on anchor at sunset, bouncing from anchorage to anchorage, the things you see and feel, people you meet, and many other reasons, make it so. I was raised in Montana and love that place dearly. But life, with all of its ebbs and flows, threw me this curve ball a few years ago. So went from a landlocked life in Montana that evolved around hunting and fishing seasons, to a life surrounded by the Sea. Guess I’m a water guy! Just gotta keep rolling with it and have faith.
Life just keeps on changing us till we’re our best, or sometimes worst, versions. I got lucky and think I’m in the rising current of life now. A lot of us spend our whole lives rising and falling with life’s jokes. But maybe we just have to hang in there and keep the faith. Food for thought anyways.
Wishing you fair winds and following seas!
Jeff
