So besides enjoying the PNW and boat work, road trips back to Montana and to see my daughter on the east coast is my new winter jam. I recently took a trip back to Montana and the whole way the weather was fair, clear roads, and in the low 50’s. Before I drove back the weather turned. It got cold, snowed hard, and the roads froze up a tad. Which wasn’t out of the ordinary, but I didn’t have my window scraper! In Montana you make sure you have an ice scraper at the very least! I’ve been spoiled over there and forgot it.
Just part of the new winter jam! A nice change though. A lot of rain instead of a lot of snow. U turns like this keep life fresh anyways. Definitely not a traditional type of change a guy wants as he gets to the “golden years”, but whether it’s a big change or a little one like a new pair of slippers, sometimes the comfort far outweighs the break in period you have to go through. Life’s hard, enjoy the journey!
