Healing Journeys

Took a drive to Anacortes to pick up boat parts today.  I usually order them to me,  but decided to take a drive.    I luv the drive to Anacortes and that whole area.  It’s a jump off point to the SanJuans across the Salish Sea.  Almost makes you forget you’re near a city, ALMOST!  But jump in a boat, you totally forget.

This spring and most of the summer I never thought I’d want to come back to Anacortes.   Too many bitter/sweets.   But with the passing of time,  A LOT of healing and self care, I really wanted to face all of it.   So glad I did.

Whatever healing journey you’re on (if you’re on one), if the uncomfortable makes you avoid a place, thing, or even person, jump in with both feet and face it.  It’s an important step.   That ache, that pain, and all the other shit that won’t let go,  it will!!!

Try your hardest so there are no obstacles that can stop you. Become bullet proof.  Unless it’s a bear,  they’ll probably be able to stop you!

Wishing you fair winds and following seas.
